• Clinical Practice: Providing patient care in their area of specialty, which may include diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. This positions them to stay current with clinical practices.
• Research: Engaging in medical research to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in their field. This includes designing studies, publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, and securing funding through grants.
